BookVandeBharat is not the official website of IRCTC or Indian Railways and is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. We are a private, independent service that helps travellers book Vande Bharat Express tickets through a licensed booking partner. A convenience fee for our assistance is clearly communicated before payment and is separate from the train fare and IRCTC charges. Booking proceeds only after your confirmation.

1. Our Responsibility

Enter your Name, Age, Gender, Berth exactly as you provide.Double-check details before final booking.Share PNR and booking screenshot instantly on WhatsApp.Provide full support for cancellation and refund tracking.Use passenger data only for booking purpose.

2. Your Responsibility

Provide correct Name, Age, Gender, ID proof, date, and station names.Carry same original ID proof during journey as entered at time of booking.Check PNR within 10 minutes of receiving and inform us for any correction before chart preparation.

3. Ticket Confirmation

Ticket confirmation, RAC, WL depends on IRCTC availability. We cannot guarantee confirmed ticket as it is decided by IRCTC/Railways system, but we will suggest best available options and alternative trains.

4. Pricing & Service Fee

Our total charge = IRCTC ticket fare + our service fee. Our service fee ranges from ₹100 to ₹200 per booking depending on number of passengers. This fee is always shown to you clearly before any payment. This fee is for our time, form filling, and 24/7 support.

5. Cancellation & Refund

As per IRCTC / Indian Railways rules. We will process cancellation immediately when you ask. Refund from IRCTC comes in 5-7 working days. Our service fee is non-refundable as service is already used, but if mistake is from our side (wrong entry by us), we will refund our full service fee.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh
