1. What Data We Take

When you book a ticket via BookVandeBharat, we take passenger details like Name, Age, Gender, Berth Preference and your contact number. We take it only to book your ticket on the official IRCTC website.

We do not take extra details. We only ask what IRCTC needs for booking.

2. How We Use Your Data

To book your ticket on IRCTC.To contact you for booking confirmation, PNR, cancellation or refund help.To provide customer support on WhatsApp / Call.We do NOT use it for marketing spam.

3. Do We Share Your Data?

We share your Name / Age / Gender only with IRCTC official portal for ticket booking.We never sell your data to anyone.Payment is done on IRCTC / UPI directly, we do not store your card, UPI or password.

4. How Long We Keep Data

We keep booking details for 30-90 days only for refund / cancellation support. After that we delete it. If you want deletion earlier, just message us and we will delete it.

5. Cookies

We use basic cookies only to make our website work properly. No tracking, no ads tracking. You can turn off cookies in your browser if you want.
